15.7" Animal Handling Gloves Bite Resistant – Anti Scratch Leather Pet Gloves for Cats, Puppies, Reptiles & Birds – Multipurpose Bite Proof Gauntlet Gloves for Grooming, Bathing, Gardening & Welding

Protect your hands and forearms during animal handling and everyday tasks with these Heavy-Duty Leather Animal Handling Gloves. Made from thick, soft cowhide leather with a comfortable cotton lining, these gloves feature reinforced construction designed to help protect against scratches, punctures, bites, and heat exposure. The extended 15.7-inch (40 cm) length provides coverage from the hands toward the elbows, while the approximately 5.5-inch (14 cm) palm width and 6.7-inch (17 cm) sleeve width offer a substantial protective fit. Ideal for veterinarians, groomers, animal control personnel, zoo workers, breeders, pet owners, and bird or reptile handlers, these versatile gloves can be used when handling smaller animals such as cats, rabbits, rodents, and certain reptiles, as well as birds and poultry. Beyond animal care, they are useful for gardening, pruning, camping, and selected household tasks involving heat, such as handling warm cookware or tending a fireplace, provided the gloves are suitable for the specific temperature and task. Designed for both men and women, they combine practical coverage with everyday versatility. Important: These gloves do not guarantee protection against bites, scratches, punctures, or heat. They are not suitable for handling medium or large dogs, and no glove should be relied upon to prevent serious animal bites. Choose appropriate protective equipment for the animal and task.
